Selena Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco is another Cinderella story.
After all, her wedding dress was suitable for a princess. And a few days after her wedding on September 27th, the founder of Rare Beauty unveiled the third dress she had worn on a special day.
The dress, according to the designer, is the shortest and most enormous of the trio. “There is a tulle bodice covered in hand-picked stitched panels of cotton, silk and linen voile, creating an elegant silhouette that is airy and the tulle adds volume and movement.”
The gown’s “thoughtful engineering” is designed to preserve the “lightness of the fabric” while maintaining the “architectural form.”
And certainly, the lightness of the fabric was fully displayed in Serena’s second wedding post. She saw her dancing with Benny in her gown. This is a full skirt swirling around at her ankles when she kisses her husband.
In addition to sharing the first image of the third dress, Serena’s September 29th post included a close look at the ceremony and the first two gowns she wore all day (both custom Ralph Lauren collections).
