“It’s a huge honor,” wrote Ashley, the outstanding supporter of the limited series, in a statement. “This appointment means the world to me, not as an awareness, but as a reminder of how far I have come. It is for all those who stood by me through highs and lows that I believed in me when I needed it the most.”
Certainly, Ashley couldn’t believe how far he could come to this honor.
“It’s a testament to the power of patience,” he continued. “Dreams are important, but it’s tough work, setbacks, growth and the consistency that makes them a reality. Five years ago, this felt out of reach. Today, I’m incredibly proud.
