Michael Jackson’s son Bigi “Blanket” makes a rare red carpet appearance with his family
Michael Jackson’s sons are having a thriller night.
Bigi “Blanket” Jackson made a rare red carpet appearance with his brother Prince Jackson at the Berlin premiere of the Michael biopic on April 10th.
And to make it even more of a family affair, the brothers were joined by their uncles Jermaine and Jackie Jackson, as well as their cousin Jafar Jackson, who plays the King of Pop in the movie.
Bigi, 24, and Prince, 29, paid tribute to their father, who died in 2009 at the age of 50, with their wardrobes, wearing dark suit jackets adorned with gold crown decals. The brothers completed the blazer with a red armband that Michael often wore symbolically to advocate for children’s rights.
Jackson’s 28-year-old sister Paris Jackson, who previously accused Michael of presenting a “sugar-coated” version of her father’s life, did not attend the event.
“I read one of the first drafts of the script and took note of what was disingenuous or didn’t sit well with me. And when they didn’t address it, I moved on with my life,” she wrote on Instagram Stories in August. “Not my monkey, not my circus. God bless and God speed.”
