Paris Hilton is staying true to her roots as a blonde icon, with some help from Paul Mitchell.
The entrepreneur shared her summer confidence tips exclusively with E! It’s something you can apply to your life, whether you’re blonde or not.
“Especially in the summer, it’s all about looking your best. And when you feel and look good, you feel more confident, especially when you’re taking care of your hair,” Paris said.
