2024 Emmy Awards: Pommel horse hero Stephen Nedrosik sets the bar high with girlfriend Tess McCracken
Stephen Nedrosik and Tess McCracken’s relationship is about to change dramatically.
Following online speculation that the pair had unofficially split, Tess confirmed that she and the Olympic pommel horse specialist had split after 10 years together.
“Stephen and I are no longer together. We haven’t seen each other since early January,” Tess, 28, said in a TikTok video on April 4.
Tess admitted that many online users already “understand” that they have “postponed” the official announcement of their breakup.
“[My]social media was wiped out,” she explained. “I can’t post anything right now unless I get at least a few comments. I know there are multiple Reddit threads, so I feel like it’s easier to just open it up and not have to hide it anymore.”
Stephen and Tess’ love story began at Penn State University, where they began dating as freshmen in 2016. Although they both started out as collegiate gymnasts, Stephen, 27, rose to word-of-mouth fame for his pommel horse skills at the 2024 Paris Olympics, winning two bronze medals.
