Tiger Woods’ legal woes continue.
After the professional golfer was arrested for drunk driving on March 27th in Jupiter Island, Florida, his mugshot was released by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, in which the 50-year-old professional golfer can be seen staring straight into the camera.
The photo release came after Woods was arrested and charged after causing a rollover car accident around 2pm local time.
“DUI investigators were here and Mr. Woods showed signs of impairment,” Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said at a news conference. “They did a thorough search on the street, and once they found out, he was arrested and taken to the Martin County Jail.”
Budensiek said his team “does not suspect alcohol was involved in this incident,” but the golfer’s “lethargic” demeanor led him to believe he was impaired by drugs or other substances.
“Mr. Woods took a breathalyzer test and gave up a triple zero, but when we got to the point where we asked him to take a urine test, he refused,” the sheriff continued. “Therefore, he was charged with DUI with criminal damage to property and refusing to submit to a legal test.”
