Oral wellness is on a roll right now, with many beauty experts saying it will be the industry’s “next big thing.” Last year we saw the beginnings of this trend take shape, and 2026 will usher in a boom in new product releases and brands. It may be a guess, but we predict that the oral wellness brand will be available at Sephora.
But we’re not alone in feeling this way. “Yes, oral health is definitely at a critical moment. Beyond gut health, it’s all about oral health in 2026,” functional dentist and researcher Dr. Victoria Sampson told E!
“People are beginning to understand that the mouth is intimately connected to overall health, aging, inflammation, and even skin and gut health.”
We’re moving far away from harsh dental products (anyone else guilty of “if you’re not bleeding, you’re not cleaning enough”?) and toward gentler, microbiome-friendly approaches.
