Tori Spelling’s Halloween season has taken an even scarier turn.
The 52-year-old revealed she had contracted coronavirus in mid-October, calling it the “cruelest disease” she had ever experienced and likening her experience to an “exorcism.”
“I was pretty depressed. I got coronavirus and everyone’s like, ‘Corona, it’s like sniffling everywhere. COVID,'” Tori said on the Nov. 4 episode of the misSPELLING podcast. “Now, coronavirus 2025 is the next level.”
Luckily, the Beverly Hills 90210 alum, who shares Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8, with ex Dean McDermott, confirmed that none of her children have gotten sick.
But, “I got it, and I felt it very strongly,” Tori continued. “I was out and about and depressed, like bedridden, for three weeks.”
“Thankfully, none of my children got infected, which is strange. I got infected, but I was so shocked. I was out, like bedridden, depressed, depressed for three weeks.”
Tori said the virus caused her to suffer from the “worst sinus infection” doctors had ever experienced, and she took three courses of antibiotics before recovering. She also said she told her manager: “I feel like I’m undergoing an exorcism.”
