“I think “Because you know, you can’t go into a Hermès store and buy a Birkin,” Maura said of the luxury bags, which sell for up to $300,000. “But Lisa Rinna has a lot of connections and she’s the queen bee, so she’s helping him out.”
How does Maura feel about being cheated on? She claims that being in the castle is not as easy as it looks from home.
“There are a lot of people online saying, ‘He wasn’t a great traitor, it was just the believers who were stupid,'” Maura mused. “No. It’s easy to say that because the audience knows who the traitor is. While it may not have worked out in her favor, Maura couldn’t be more proud of the way she played her game, especially considering she’s never seen an episode of the Peacock series.
“I just wanted to go in there, be me, do my best, make friends and have fun,” she said. “I handled it with grace. I’m glad I didn’t fly off the handle. At the end of the day, I knew this was a game show and a made-up game show. This isn’t real.”
Maura emphasized, “It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.”
