John Mellencamp says daughter Teddi Mellencamp is ‘really sick’ as she battles stage 4 cancer
Teddi Mellencamp continues to travel.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum appeared on a podcast for the first time in months to give an update on her condition during her battle with stage 4 brain cancer.
“I’ve been doing a lot of therapy, a lot of rest, a lot of hanging out with my family,” Teddi told Tamra Judge on the January 15 episode of Two T’s in a Pod. “Apparently I was battling severe PTSD and was often trying to pick myself up.”
The 44-year-old explained that her PTSD was caused by “everything that happened” to her health.
“I didn’t really feel it, so I’m slowly getting better,” she explained. “The clouds have cleared.”
After realizing that Teddy was approaching the one-year anniversary of his diagnosis, Tamra recalled being with Teddy when the signs of his brain tumor started to become apparent.
“It wasn’t that long ago when we were in New Orleans for the Super Bowl and you were having really bad headaches,” the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star said.
