Taylor Frankie Paul’s search for love came to an abrupt end.
ABC has confirmed that Taylor’s season of The Bachelorette will no longer air on March 22, after a video of an altercation between the “Mormon Wife” star and her 2023 ex Dakota Mortensen was recently leaked.
A Disney Entertainment spokesperson told E! in a statement: News, “In light of the newly released video today, we have made the decision not to move forward with a new season of The Bachelorette at this time and are focused on supporting our family.”
The network’s announcement came after TMZ obtained video that shows Taylor grabbing and kicking her then-boyfriend (with whom she shares a 2-year-old son, Ever) during an argument.
After the video was released, Taylor’s publicist shared the video with E! in a statement. It claims the news is part of a “destructive campaign to harm Taylor” and “conveniently omits context,” labeling the release a “reprehensible attempt to distract from Taylor’s own actions.” (TMZ did not say where it obtained the video.)
