Three months after receiving the battery quote in Las Vegas after the incident involving an unknown man and his father, the flip-off star broke the silence over the conflict.
“It was a truly unfortunate incident,” he said in a joint interview with his wife Heather Ray El Musa tonight on September 16th. “I was put in a really strange situation where I had to protect my father.”
“Fortunately, everything is fine,” he continued. “I think everything’s gone.”
Tarek, 44, and Heather, 38, were in town with both their parents when the altercation took place. At the time, the sauce was emphasized on E! News that the reality star has not been arrested added, “He was protecting his older father.”
In the bodycam footage, filmed at the moment of interaction and acquired by ET, Tarek shared his son Tristan (2), with Heather, 14-year-old Taylor and 10-year-old Braiden, and ex-wife Christina Hark.
