Stocks whose prices fluctuate significantly after hours: V, STX, CZR, MDLZ

Check out the companies making headlines during after-hours hours. Visa — Shares rose 1% after the payments company reported fourth-quarter results that beat expectations on revenue and bottom line. Visa’s adjusted quarterly earnings were $2.98 per share on revenue of $10.72 billion. Analyst estimates compiled by LSEG were for earnings of $2.97 per share and revenue of $10.61 billion. Seagate Technology — Shares rose more than 4% after the data storage company reported strong first-quarter results. Seagate earned $2.61 per share on an adjusted basis on revenue of $2.63 billion. Analyst estimates compiled by LSEG were for earnings of $2.37 per share and revenue of $2.55 billion. Booking Holdings — The online travel company rose nearly 5% after reporting third-quarter adjusted earnings of $99.50 per share on revenue of $9.01 billion. That beat consensus estimates for earnings of $95.66 per share and revenue of $8.72 billion, according to LSEG. Bloom Energy — Renewable energy stocks rose 4% after Bloom Energy reported third-quarter adjusted earnings of 15 cents per share on revenue of $519 million. That was well above the 10 cents per share expected by analysts surveyed by FactSet on revenue of $428.4 million. Caesars Entertainment — Shares of the casino operator fell 9% after lower-than-expected third-quarter results as visitors to Las Vegas declined. Caesars posted a loss of 27 cents per share on revenue of $2.87 billion. Analysts surveyed by LSEG had expected Mondelez International to report a loss of 5 cents per share on revenue of $2.89 billion. Shares fell nearly 5% after the snack company behind Oreos and Sour Patch Kids cut its full-year organic sales growth forecast to 4% from 5%. In a statement, CEO Dirk van de Put said that while he was encouraged by recent price relief, he expected “challenging conditions” as cocoa prices continued to rise to record highs in some markets. Otherwise, Mondelez posted third-quarter beats on the top and bottom lines. Enphase Energy — The energy stock fell about 8% despite beating third-quarter earnings estimates, according to FactSet. The stock is already down more than 46% in 2025, but is up 3.7% this month and quarter. Cheesecake Factory — The restaurant operator’s stock fell less than 1% after reporting mixed third-quarter results. Cheesecake Factory had adjusted earnings of 68 cents per share on revenue of $907.2 million. Earnings beat analysts’ expectations, but revenue fell short of the FactSet consensus estimate of $912.6 million. Like-for-like restaurant sales at the namesake Cheesecake Factory locations rose 0.3%, while stores in northern Italy saw a 3% decline. CoStar Group — The commercial real estate company’s stock fell nearly 3% despite reporting better-than-expected third-quarter results on revenue and bottom line, according to FactSet. Coster also raised its outlook for the remainder of the year, although its profit forecast is below the consensus outlook for the same period. CoStar stock has risen more than 9% this year, but is down more than 7% this month.
