Unable to get a clue as to Alexi’s U.S. men’s national team jersey number, Robin Thicke eventually guessed that he was Tom Brady, Jenny mentioned Patriots alum Julian Edelman, Ken Jeong claimed Travis Kelce, and Rita guessed Jason Sudeikis. So when the athlete finally revealed his true identity, the judges were completely shocked. However, as Alexi pointed out, there was a soccer ball above his head the entire time.

“By the way,” the Olympian joked during the send-off. “I’m so sorry it’s not Tom Brady.”

And while Alexi baffled the judges, she also had a great time on the show, flexing other muscles.

“I grew up playing in garage bands and then singing in chamber singers,” he said. “So while I was playing sports, music was a big part of my life. This is more than music, by the way. This is more than singing.”

And how did being on The Masked Singer compare to playing in the World Cup?

“Well, I’m telling you, I probably sweat more in this game than I did on the soccer (field),” he laughed. “Everyone, I was sweating in places I didn’t want to see.”

Keep reading to see all the celeb reveals on The Masked Singer so far this season.

“The Masked Singers” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
