Serena Williams proves that she is the ultimate protective brother.
The tennis star, who retired from the sport in 2022, was valuable when her younger sister Venus Williams competed in a female doubles draw with Leila Fernandez on August 30th of the 2025 US Open, and her reaction to Venus’ new teammates was valuable.
In a video posted to Tiktok on August 31, the 43-year-old recorded clips of Venus, 45, and Leila, 22, in the match, before turning the camera himself as she playfully rolled her eyes. After a while, she pretended to force her to smile as her eyes molt back and forth.
