Russian airstrikes hit Ukrainian hospital days before Zelenskyy and President Trump meet

The talks are expected to center around the possibility of the United States supplying Ukraine with sophisticated long-range weapons that can counter Russia.

President Trump has warned Russia that it may send Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine for use. Such a move, previously ruled out by the US government for fear of escalating the war, would deepen tensions between the US and Russia.

But it could be a lever to force Russia into negotiations. President Trump expresses dissatisfaction Regarding Russian President Vladimir President Putin refuses to concede On key aspects of a possible peace agreement.

The Tomahawk will increase Ukraine’s ability to fight back against Russia, but Ukrainian officials and foreign military analysts say Ukraine’s long-range attacks are already hurting Russia’s oil production.
