Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are embarking on a new chapter.
After the couple split after 27 years of marriage, they have found a buyer for their Los Angeles home, which is listed on Zillow as being under contract for $14.9 million, People and other media outlets reported, citing real estate records.
Located in Los Angeles’ Hidden Hills neighborhood, this expansive home boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and just under 12,000 square feet. In addition to a backyard pool and fire pit, the home features a home gym, balcony, bocce court, walk-in closet, and wine cellar.
The mansion, which the couple bought in 2020 shortly after he was sentenced to prison for his involvement in the college admissions scandal, went on the market in February, with an original price tag of $16.5 million.
