Lisa Kudrow is remembering her dear friend Matthew Perry.
In fact, the Friends actress, who co-starred with the late actor for 10 seasons, revealed that nearly three years after his death, she still watches reruns of the series to honor his life.
“After Matthew passed away, there was a marathon show[on TV]and I was really comforted watching that show,” Lisa said during an appearance on Capital FM on March 27.
Although her two castmates Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc are behind her, Lisa, 62, said she found Matthew, who died from the acute effects of ketamine in 2023, particularly funny in the beloved sitcom.
“He was so funny, I mean, the funniest guy,” Lisa said, referring to Chandler Bing, played by Matthew on the show. “I’m sorry everyone else, but really.”
But she made sure to give props to her other co-stars, adding, “They all make me laugh so hard.”
And watching shows has become a new pastime for the Feel Good actress. After all, she said she rarely stopped to watch episodes while filming the show.
