Although he expressed concern that he was preventing Libby from enjoying her 20s, she told Andrew, who was 16 years older, “I feel like you were just added to my life.”
“I feel like my turn has finally come. This could be the happy ending of my romantic comedy,” said the father of two. “I know, I’m being very cocky. I’m thinking a lot about what’s going to happen after this. And I don’t know what your generation calls it these days — hard launch, soft launch, probably something much cooler than what I’m about to say — but I really want to leave here with you as my girlfriend.”
Libby agreed, and the two made plans to go to Baltimore to meet their daughters.
The two were still together at the April 2026 reunion, but had been living long distance, hoping to move to Florida together and separate from him in Baltimore.
She hasn’t met his children yet, and Andrew explained: “We’re trying to understand the long distance thing first.”
“Everything felt like a honeymoon phase. We meet once a month,” he said. “We haven’t been able to really test our relationship in that we spend a significant amount of time together in the real world and have daily routines.”
