Latest: Palestinians report heavy strike as Israeli Defense Minister says “Gaza is on fire”

Palestinian residents reported heavy strikes across Gaza city on Tuesday “Gaza is on fire,” the Israeli defense minister said. With comments that come as Israel plans a new attack targeting the city.
