Kit knows there’s nothing like nepo’s baby chatter, but he’s grateful for the financial success he’s had with content creation.
“I think it’s safe to say that I’m very proud of myself for doing this all by myself,” Kitt said. “Honestly, I wanted to share this partly for my own ego, but at the same time I want to start this conversation because this is truly my dream job and being a content creator has created opportunities far beyond anything I could have imagined.”
But this isn’t the first time Cynthia’s eldest daughter has opened up about her privilege. In fact, Kit is no stranger to sharing how her fascinating upbringing has contributed to her online success.
“I have friends whose moms aren’t fashion designers and do exactly the same thing as me. But I think growing up the way I did has allowed me to be successful on social media,” she told E! News in a joint interview with Cynthia, 67, in May 2023. “I think people were interested in the fact that my mother is a fashion designer and that I grew up in New York City.”
And even though she didn’t follow her mother’s direct path into fashion design, Kit admitted that her famous mother’s star power opened doors for her.
The socialite continued, “Even if it doesn’t directly mean that I’m a fashion designer or that I work for my mom’s company, I’m still Nepobaby because I don’t know if I’d be where I am today as an influencer if it wasn’t for her.”
However, her mother believed that her daughter would achieve success regardless of her position in the industry.
“I guess you will,” Cynthia interjected. “But you’re brave to say that.”
