Everything is fair in the process of becoming a lawyer.

That’s why Kim Kardashian had to take the bar exam almost six months after graduating from her law school program. And now, the SKIMS founder has announced the long-awaited test results.

In fact, on November 8th, Kim revealed that she unfortunately did not pass the most important exam, but that did not stop her from taking the exam.

“It’s been 6 years since I started this legal journey and I’m still working my way through the bar exam,” she posted on her Instagram Stories. “There are no shortcuts and no giving up. Just learning more and being more determined.”

“Failure isn’t failure; it’s fuel,” she continued. “Since I was so close to passing the exam, I was even more motivated.”

The All’s Fair actress joked about playing a divorce lawyer in the TV drama, joking: “I’m not a lawyer yet. I just play a well-dressed lawyer on TV.”

Kim first revealed that she was awaiting exam results in October, saying at the time that she hoped to qualify as a lawyer “within two weeks.”

The 45-year-old previously gave insight into the type of lawyer she wants to be.

“I think in probably 10 years I’ll give up on being Kim K. and become a trial lawyer,” she said on the Oct. 24 episode of The Graham Norton Show. “That’s what I really want.”

Kim continued, “I always want to grow and be curious and evolve and see where it takes me.”
