Kate Middleton shines Princess Diana’s tiara and gold at a state banquet
Kate Middleton’s latest look is good for money.
The Princess of Wales wore an entire gold ensemble when she arrived at Windsor Castle on September 17th with her husband Prince William. There, Charles III and Queen Camilla hosted a state banquet for President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.
The silk couture gown, created by British designer Philippa Repley, featured an evening coat with golden lace details and hand-wrapped roses, French knots and satin stitched flowers.
To close out her outfit, Kate, 43, wore a knotty tiara from her late-in-law mother Diana’s, iconic lover. According to Town & Country Magazine, it is believed to have been created in 1914 for Mary Queen Mary in 1914 and was created in 1914.
As for William, the 43-year-old attended the royal events wearing a white shirt and a black Windsor tail coat with red accents and gold buttons over a white tie. The heir, found on the British throne, completed his wardrobe with a large blue sash and several miniature medals on his lapel.
