Sammy “Sweetheart” Giancola’s fairytale ending seems like a grenade for ex Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.
With E! News’ exclusive trailer for the final season of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, the 39-year-old gets ready for her wedding to Justin May, but Ronnie doesn’t seem thrilled that the wedding happens to be her birthday.
The 40-year-old, whose on-again, off-again romance with Sammy was at the heart of the original series from 2009 to 2016, admitted in the teaser, adding: “I don’t want to get out of bed.”
However, as Ronnie accepts the timing of events, his ex-girlfriend enjoys reaching multiple milestones in life.
Sammy revealed at the preview that he was “on the verge of tears” to his longtime housemates, including Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jenny “Jowoo” Farley, Pauly D, Vinny Guadagnino and Angelina Pivarnick. “I’m pregnant.”
And in the new season, which begins May 7 on MTV, Sammy isn’t the only one with family plans in mind, as Nicole broaches the subject with Paulie’s longtime girlfriend Nikki Hall.
