Maybe it’s a little too funny…
Reflecting on the obviously NSFW joke he made about her polar region during his and Che’s infamous joke exchange last December, Johansson elaborated to InStyle: “I can’t believe they went there. It was so vile, so bad. It was so bad. And just plain old bad.”
Of course, she got her revenge by returning as host for the seventh time on May 18 during the 50th season finale.
“You know, the last time we did ‘Joke Exchange,’ I had Colin do a tasteless joke comparing your vagina to Costco’s roast beef,” Choi elaborated, once again joking around with his longtime co-star. “Well, the truth is, I was just jealous and ranting. I’ve never even seen a human vagina.”
This moment proved Johansson to be the ultimate avenger, but it was just one of the highlights of the week she takes her wife to work.
“It was like a runaway train and at the end the wheels and the bottom all fell off and it was just crazy,” she recalled to E. News when she recently directed a comedy series. “I felt a huge sense of unease.”
Yet, through all the confusion, she continued. “You try to capture your moment to understand the uniqueness of what you’re experiencing and how special it is.”
