She was only 10 years old when she started playing Ginny Weasley. As the movies progress, she goes from being “Ron’s sister” to Harry Potter’s soulmate.
Wright graduated from the London College of Communication and founded his own production company Bonbon Lumière in 2012. In addition to starring in films such as After the Dark and Who Killed Nelson Nutmeg?, Wright has also written and directed his own short films. He co-starred with Christian Coulson, who played Tom Riddle, in 2014’s Know Thyself. and Medusa’s Ankle featuring Jason Isaacs, aka Lucius Malfoy.
However, she appears to have stepped back from acting (her most recent role was 2018’s A Christmas Carol), pursuing other career paths and publishing her book Go Gently in 2021, which gave readers tips on how to get involved in the climate movement.
In 2019, Wright attended a reunion with Watson, Felton, Lewis and Evanna Lynch, and luckily someone thought to take a photo of it. Wright captioned the photo, “Times are changing,” punctuating the sentiment with a lightning bolt.
She was previously engaged to Sweeney Todd actor Jamie Campbell Bower, who played a young Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1, but the relationship broke off in 2012. She then dated Simon Hammerstein for several years and fell in love with Andrew Rococo in 2020. The two married in March 2022, and their son Elio was born in September 2023.
