In fact, after Bob, who had children Aubrey, 38, Lala, 36, and Jennifer, 33, with ex-wife Shelly Kramer before marrying Kelly Rizzo in 2018, died of blunt head trauma from a fall at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Orlando, Florida on January 9, 2022, David emphasized that his life would never be the same.
“I felt so helpless when I was faced with the harsh reality: I would no longer receive those crazy funny voicemails from Bob that lasted minutes and made me laugh all day long,” he explained. “Me, John, and Bob will never be able to be the Three Stooges again, and we’ll never be able to laugh so hard that we have to leave the room.”
She added, “The world lost my brother four years ago. I still sometimes feel like picking up my phone and calling him to say something funny or to tell him how much I love him. Our relationship was funny, silly, silly, immature, and full of love.”
In his heartbreaking eulogy, he also said there was literally no one like Bob.
“There is no one else in my life like Bob, but he gave me great memories for the rest of my life. To say I miss him is an understatement. Telling the world how much I loved him is exactly what Bob would want. I love you Bob.”
