She had style, talent, and she was there.
When Fran Drescher received the star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame, he introduced her to the iconic fashion of the nanny’s character and went out on September 30th in a fitted leopard print dress.
And her co-stars Nicole Tom and Madeline Zima also took inspiration from Fran Fein’s closet, seeing how the day was about celebrating the actress’s celebratory career. Tom and Drescher’s longtime pal, Lisa Anne Walter, both chose patterns inspired by the noisy animals, but Zima rocked the oversized blazer that was all the rage in the ’90s.

“Everything I’ve heard about Hollywood is true. It’s a dream land, but it’s essential to remain grounded and authentic,” Drescher, 68, said in a speech. “It’s essential to protect you and your old friends near you and never forget where you came from.”
“We are extremely imperfect beings, learning and growing through all the pitfalls and mistakes,” she continued. “To make it right, we must make kindness and compassion our compass.”
