Dylan Efron, who won The Traitors before coming fourth on this year’s Dancing with the Stars, revealed on E!’s Hot Goth that his real full name is Nicholas Dylan Harrison Efron.
However, he said he had “retired” his first name, preferring just Dylan.
“That’s my first name, and it just messes everything up,” the 33-year-old told hosts Eyal Booker and Ronnie Mertz, explaining that he now considers Harrison to be his real middle name.
But his nickname is apparently so secret that even his friend and former Traitors castmate Rob “Boston Rob” Mariano (who co-stars in the new web series Everything’s a Competition) doesn’t believe it.
“No one’s ever heard of that. He hasn’t told anyone,” Boston Rob said on Hot Goth. “I don’t even think that’s true.”
But Dylan isn’t the only one with a different personality. So what would fans be surprised to learn about Rob?
“The fact that he’s a father of girls, the way he talks to girls, that’s an aspect that people forget because he’s known as a ferocious player,” Dylan said. “For me, all I know is that he’s a friend who answers the phone when I call him. That’s the kind of person he is. You see it when he’s with the kids.”
