Kaitlyn Bristowe vs. Carrie Ann Inaba
Things got messy at the social scene after the longtime judge claimed she was being “bullied” by fans of the former Bachelorette.
“I still get bullied,” Carrie Ann said on The Talk after the ABC reality competition aired on Nov. 2, 2020. “It’s just now that people are starting to bully me because of the way I judge people.” “Even now, as an adult, I still can’t believe something like this can happen.”
After Caitlyn performed with pro partner Artem Chigvintsev, Carrie Ann accused them of doing a lift during a jive, which was against the rules.
“I’m feeling a little broken right now…can you do the back tap yourself?” she asked Caitlin. “We call it an elevator.” She ended up deducting points from their performance.
After the dance, Caitlyn admitted to Entertainment Tonight that she was surprised by Carrie Ann’s comments and questioned, “Does that come from a place of believing in us and wanting us to be better?” “Is it coming from a place of, ‘I was tough on Hannah[Brown]and you’re another Bachelor girl?’ Where is that coming from and how should I take that and bring it to the next rehearsal? What do I want to take from that and use it?”
Artem added that he felt Carrie Ann’s criticism was “personal” and “would never make[Carrie Ann]happy.”
