The countdown to the 2026 Oscars has officially begun.
After all, in the days leading up to the March 15th ceremony, celebrities attend countless pre-ceremony festivities. And it’s safe to say they’re not afraid to look their best before the biggest night in movie history.
Case in point: Teyana Taylor wore a sculptural Schiaparelli number to the Time Women of the Year Gala on March 10 in Los Angeles. The top featured a figure-hugging dress with a chocolate brown bustier, while the bottom spotlighted a black fit-and-flare skirt with a dazzling element you couldn’t miss.
Previously, Teyana, who is nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the 2026 Oscars, spoke about how she felt she had nailed the winning look.
“I mean, Harlem is the whole runway now. You know what I mean, especially in my time coming up,” she explained in a 2023 TikTok video during Paris Fashion Week. “Harlem has always been a runway for me.”
And what are her works that tend to catch your eye? Well, it’s a process that only Teyana can understand. In her words, “I think fashion is about expression. You know what? I see it, I like it, and I wear it.”
