Pregnant Cardi B Baby No. 4 and first time with Stefon Diggs
Stefon Diggs is at the heart of the paternity lawsuit.
The NFL star, who is hoping for a Cardi B baby, allegedly fathered a baby girl born in Aileen Lopera in April, according to court documents obtained by people on September 18th.
Lopera, also known on social media as Lord Ginella, submitted a document to DIGG in December 2024 while pregnant. At the time, she requested the sole physical and legal custody of the child, asking the court to grant the right to visit the DIGGS.
In subsequent legal responses, the wide receiver, the father of a New England patriot wide receiver (age 8 from previous relationships), agreed to the baby’s fatherhood and requested genetic testing to see if he was a father.
Additionally, the 31-year-old asked whether he was in fact the father of the baby, and that Lopella, named Charlie Harper Diggs Lopella on each filing, would share joint legal and physical custody rights and joint payments of “reasonable costs” related to pregnancy, birth and attorney fees.
