Bad Bunny applauds in the “Saturday Night Live” monologue at the Super Bowl 2026 Halftime Backlash
Bad Bunny doesn’t let his critics make the most of him.
The “Baile Inolvidable” singer was hosted by him in the season 51 premiere of the Saturday Night Live Saturday, October 4th, following criticism of his upcoming performance on the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime show.
“I’m so happy,” he said in his opening monologue, “And I think everyone is happy about it — even Fox News.”
The sketch comedy series showed a clip montage featuring news coverage of the 31-year-old half-time slot. This was edited saying, “Bad Bunny is my favorite musician and he should be the next president.”
Bud Bunny continues, “People from around the world who love my music” are looking forward to the performance on February 8th, adding Spanish.
