Then: For former dancer and trainer Sean Booth, who briefly shared the lead role with Britt Nilsson, the 2015 finale was less dramatic. “I never, ever really questioned it,” the BC Gym founder admitted on the “Austin AF” podcast. “I always thought, ‘Yeah, she’s going to choose me.'”
The Nashville-based couple’s engagement lasted three years, but the roses started blooming early. Bristowe revealed on Ben & Ashley’s Almost Famous Podcast in 2019 that she “knew for a year that my relationship wasn’t going to work out,” adding that she was “already grieving the relationship.”
Now: A few months later, Ms. Bristowe’s tears quickly dried when she interviewed Jason Tartick, one of Becca Kufrin’s suitors, on her podcast Off the Vine. “It may seem quick,” she acknowledged of the trajectory of their relationship, “but for me it was perfect timing.” They got engaged in 2021, but called off their wedding in 2023.
Since then, Bristowe has been linked to Tayshia Adams’ ex-fiancé Zach Clark. Although she no longer spills about her dating life, Bristowe admitted to E! News that in 2025, that could be difficult.
“I’m very independent, so when we started dating, I was like, ‘Okay, we can just stay long distance forever and do our own thing and just come over on weekends or whatever,'” she shared. “My therapist always says that’s how I cope.”
