Now, my encounter with Nottaker Granola brings me a unique spin with a feature called recipes. This allows you to create quick shortcuts that can be used multiple times. You can call the recipe by entering a name using “/” in Granola Chat.
You can create your own recipes by entering the prompt and providing the context for one meeting or making it work throughout the meeting. The company also has a guide to help you create effective recipes. You can also share it with other users who want to run similar prompts.
Granola also has a library of existing recipes that you can use. The company splits recipes before, during and after they fill the category.
Granola co-founder Chris Pedregal said at this time that the app and meetings are the context of these repeatable prompts. However, startups work to connect to other services to extend their context and provide more data to their recipes.
“When we talk to users, they often copy the transcript to chatgpt or claude and ask the chatbot questions. With this new feature, you can get the full context of granola and perform a bespoke prompt,” he told TechCrunch.
