According to the US News and World Report, the average starting salary and bonus for MBA graduates in 2024 was $121,324 for MBA graduates in 2024. Also, by obtaining an MBA from a top-ranked program, you can hire managers and investors in your future venture.
LinkedIn just released the 2025 rankings of top MBA programs in the world, and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business ranked number one for the second year in a row.
Using exclusive data from its site, the professional networking platform determined which MBA programs would provide optimal results for students across a variety of factors, including occupational placement, promotional rates, alumni network strength, leadership potential, and program diversity, including gender ratios.
Several Ivy League schools, such as Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, are participating in Stanford among the top 10 MBA programs in the world, LinkedIn reports.
“The demand for employment from these schools is very strong,” Laura Lorenzetti, senior director and executive editor at Linkedin News, told CNBC Make. “They are really great for leadership possibilities and how alumni can improve their ability to advance through their career hierarchies.”
According to LinkedIn, you’ll get 10 best MBA programs in the world in 2025, the most common job titles that alumni have earned, and tuition fees from each school’s website.

These schools continue to work with graduates from employers such as Deloitte, Amazon and McKinsey & Company. Alumni are most commonly in professional services, financial services or manufacturing roles, LinkedIn said.
MBA programs, especially top ranked school programs, provide students with the skills and resources they need to thrive in a variety of fields, and Lorenzetti, even emerging technologies like artificial intelligence that constantly change many of these businesses.
“The MBA program is great for teaching professionals how to think, how to make connections, how to empathize, how to build and lead a team,” she says. “Even as AI grows as a tool and technology, they are core competencies that continue to be important in the labor world.”
