After their romance ended in 2018, the two decided to give their relationship another chance. While celebrating her 28th birthday, Cheyenne confirmed on Instagram that she’s back with Zach. The couple welcomed their first child, son Ace, in May 2021, and got married in September 2022.
“For the past two years, we’ve been crossing things off our list,” Cheyenne told E! News for 2024. “We wanted a baby, we had Ace. We wanted to get married, we had a wedding. We wanted to buy a house, we bought a house.”
And now, she continued, “I don’t want to do anything. I don’t want to set any goals. I want to sit. I want to be really quiet. My goal is to be quiet and just be happy with the way things are. And just to love each other. That’s it. I don’t want anything else.”
Well…maybe a little thing. Cheyenne announced she was pregnant with her third child on a May 2025 episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.
“I was definitely on the fence about wanting a baby,” Zac told Us Weekly before welcoming son Saint in December 2025. “I wanted a baby, but we went through a phase where she wanted it too, and I wasn’t on the same page as her. But then we kind of got on the same page and tried to make it happen.”
