Real Housewives fans are mourning the loss of a four-legged fan favorite.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador has announced that her golden retriever Archie has passed away, weeks after sharing that he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. he was 10 years old.
Shannon, who shares daughters Sophie, 24, and Stella and Adeline, 21, with her ex David Beador, wrote on Instagram on May 14, “Heaven has a special new angel.” “Archie passed away yesterday and my daughters and I are heartbroken. For the past 10 years, Archie has been more than just a dog, he has been my constant comfort, protector, best friend and the true ‘man’ in my life.”
“I’ve been through so many ups and downs, and through all the good times and all the heartache, Archie was always there for me and loved me the same every day. He never judged me and always gave me pure, loyal, unconditional love,” she continued.
The 62-year-old also expressed gratitude that many Housewives fans have gotten to know Archie (who won Best Animal Performance at the 2025 Bravos Awards show during BravoCon in November) by watching RHOC over the past decade.
