LeBron James explains why his marriage to Savannah James isn’t ‘picture perfect’
LeBron James was never an average player.
“He really is a king to a queen,” the Los Angeles Lakers star’s wife Savannah James told Cleveland Magazine in 2018. “He treats me with so much respect. I mean, when you see him with me and the kids and his mother and everyone around him, it’s hard not to love him.”
Lack of praise has never been an issue for LeBron, 41, who will play in his record 301st playoff game on May 9. But he knows who the real deal is, having been in the spotlight since he was a child and even appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated before graduating from high school.
