“I still particularly regret that,” Sheen admitted. “If I hadn’t done what I was supposed to do, I think I might be living a different life right now. All of my problems wouldn’t be what they are now. But you just don’t know that.”
What we do know is that the father of five (41-year-old daughter Cassandra with high school sweetheart Paula Proffitt, 22-year-old Sami, 20-year-old Laura with ex-wife Denise Richards, and 17-year-old twin sons Bob and Max with ex-spouse Brooke Mueller) has been sober for eight years.
“I’m not calling this all a comeback,” Sheen insisted. “I call this a reset. No matter the outcome, I’m just living for the next moment.”
