Russell Dickerson revealed that his friend Keith Urban is a martial artist.
Three months after Nicole Kidman and the “Somebody Like You” singer’s daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, finalized their divorce, a country music colleague shared an update on Keith’s status.
“He’s always been focused on music, so I think he’s doubling down on that, and it’s really beautiful,” Russell told Page Six at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 26. “I can’t wait to hear what comes from it.”
Although country music stars were able to mingle at the Country to Country festival in mid-March, Russell said he didn’t get to spend “a lot of time” with Keith. But from the moment the two were actually able to share, Russell said the “Blue Ain’t Your Color” hitmaker “seemed to be in good spirits.”
“I’ve toured with all of them,” he said, referring to the country’s biggest stars. “But Keith Urban is my guy.”
Keith’s update comes after Nicole, 58, said he was “doing great” after their divorce was finalized in January after 19 years of marriage.
