Bridgerton’s Yerin Ha reveals she developed folliculitis after the steamy bathtub scene
This article contains major spoilers for Part 2 of Bridgerton Season 4.
Dear kind-hearted readers, Tong is in mourning today.
Readers of the book may have known that this major Bridgerton character’s death was coming, but they didn’t know exactly when it would happen.
But sadly, the sixth episode of season 4, released during Part 2 drop on February 26, took a detour from the burgeoning Cinderella-like love story between Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) and Sophie Bek (Yerin Ha) to tragically introduce the death of sixth eldest son Francesca Bridgerton’s (Hannah Dodd) husband John Stirling (Victor Ali).
Tragedy occurred when John told his wife he was going to lie down and take a nap, and a worried Francesca asked if something had happened. However, despite Francesca’s assurances that he was “just suffering from a slight headache,” she later discovers her beloved has passed away. Her screams alert her visiting cousin Michaela (Masali Baduza), who rushes to her rescue.
However, in the end there was nothing left to do, and Francesca had to say goodbye to her husband just when things were finally starting to get better.
