Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially ended their 17-year marriage.
A year after the Honey star filed for divorce from the producer, Cash moved to finalize the divorce proceedings. In a Feb. 13 filing filed by the 47-year-old’s attorney, obtained by E!, News, there was no contest to the dissolution of the marriage and the former couple waived their right to spousal support.
Once the judge signs the separation agreement, their divorce becomes official.
Eh! The News reached out to Jessica’s representatives and Cash’s attorney for comment, but did not receive a response.
Jessica, who shares sons Honor, 17, Heaven, 14, and Hayes, 8, with Cash, filed for divorce in February 2025 and listed their official separation date as December 27, 2024.
A few days later, she shared on Instagram that she was looking forward to “more flexibility, less rigidity, and embracing change” in the new year.
“Let’s have a colorful past year filled with connection, growth, adventure, laughter, peace, sisterhood, change, renewal, joy, and lots of love,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Sending hugs to everyone going through this difficult time.”
