Simone Biles makes surprise appearance at Winter Olympics with husband Jonathan Owens
Simone Biles is flipping the script at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The Olympic gymnast was delighted to be in the audience at the Milan-Cortina Games and appeared with husband Jonathan Owens to cheer on the athletes competing in the men’s single figure skating competition on February 13th.
Wearing an ivory jacket, white jeans and matching stiletto boots, Simone and the Chicago Bears safety sat in the crowd and watched U.S. figure skaters Ilya Marinin and Andrew Tolgashev perform their programs. In fact, she was even photographed with Georgian athlete Nika Egadze.
And despite having won 11 Olympic medals, including seven gold medals in gymnastics, Simone has certainly never been able to step into the skates.
“I can skate,” she told the crowd at the arena.
He added, “I give them all props. I’m rooting for them. I’m praying for them. I’m so excited to see it today.”
In the end, Kazakhstan’s Mikhail Shaidlov won the gold medal, while Japan’s Yuma Kagiyama and Shun Sato won the silver and bronze medals, respectively.
