2026 Golden Globe Awards’ Biggest Winners: Timothée Chalamet, One Battle After Another and More
There’s no party like Hamnet’s dance party.
In fact, Jesse Buckley and director Chloe Zhao celebrated the film’s two major wins at the 2026 Golden Globes (Jesse won Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama, and Hamnet won Best Picture) with an ABBA-themed dance party for the ages. (See all winners here.)
The pair, who both wore baby blue silk dresses at the awards ceremony, capped off their triumphant night by dancing and singing to “Dancing Queen” at the Golden Globes afterparty, as seen in footage shared by Gold Derby on social media.
In the clip, Jessie dances in a booth at a crowded table while Chloe dances next to the table wearing noise-cancelling headphones. At one point, the collaborators sit next to each other in the booth and continue dancing while pointing at each other.
Earlier in the night, the director spoke about how much this recognition meant to her, while also sharing some wise words from Paul Mescal, who co-stars with Jessie in the film, about what it means to be an artist.
