2026 Golden Globe Awards’ Biggest Winners: Timothée Chalamet, One Battle After Another and More
Will Arnett can still have a good relationship with ex Amy Poehler.
Before Poehler won the first-ever Golden Globe for best podcast on January 11, Arnett, who married the Parks and Recreation alum in 2003 and separated in 2012, was already predicting her own victory.
“Amy will definitely win,” Arnett, who was also nominated for the Smartless Podcast with Sean Hayes and Jason Bateman, told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet. “of course.”
Bateman didn’t always play calm either. “I’m literally betting on John Krasinski. I’m betting on Amy,” he said in unison during the interview. (See all the stars celebrating at the Beverly Hilton here.)
So now he and Poehler are walking away triumphantly.
Poehler’s Good Hang with Amy Poehler topped Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert, The Mel Robbins Podcast, Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy, NPR’s Up First, and yes, SmartLess.
After giving a shoutout to her boyfriend Joel LaBelle in her acceptance speech, she said: “I have so much respect for this form. I so much respect all of the people I’m nominated with. I’m a huge fan of all of you, except for NPR, which is a bunch of celebrities who are calling it in. So try harder.”
