Taylor has been open about the anxiety her fame has caused in her past relationships, but she also emphasizes that she doesn’t have to overdo it when it comes to spotlighting her relationship with Travis.
In fact, Taylor noted that the fact that Travis, 36, finds online speculation and discussion “funny” has helped them feel more comfortable and secure in their relationship.
“Even if he’s watching something and he thinks it’s funny and it’s not affecting his day at all, it totally affects the way I metabolize these things,” Taylor explained in August’s Her appearance with him Jason Kelce‘s podcast new heights. “We’re at a stage now where something about me could be mentioned and my name could be in actual headlines, but it’s not really about me yet.”
Meanwhile, Travis is just following Taylor.
“I definitely didn’t want to mess this up,” he added at the time. “So I grew up really fast because she’s so calm, calm, level-headed, so down-to-earth and understanding of what’s going on.”
