When it comes to fashion, Shay Mitchell’s kids don’t give her any small lies.
In fact, the Pretty Little Liars alum, who is mom to six-year-old Atlas and three-year-old Roma with partner Matt Babel, recently revealed how her daughters keep her humble.
“Even today, Atlas was like, ‘Are you wearing that? What color lipstick?'” Shay exclusively told E! News’ Erin Lim Rose (Comma) attends the 2025 Baby to Baby Gala hosted by Paul Mitchell at the Pacific Design Center on November 8 in West Hollywood, California.
The Base founder, who turned heads at the event with a cream-colored blazer, matching maxi skirt, and mauve lipstick, continued: “It’s 6 years old now so it’s really spicy. It’s really fun and spicy and that’s how I would describe it. But it’s awesome.”
However, like many people, Shay still carries mom guilt.
“There is no such thing as balance,” she pointed out. “That’s not really the case. I feel like the pendulum is swinging. Sometimes I feel guilty for not being at home because I’m at work, and sometimes I feel guilty for being at home and not at work. But you have to accept that.”
